 Soluciones Viales SA has a modern backflow CIBER plant for the production of hot mix asphalt and cold, which industrially produces 120 metric tons per hour. This plant uses continuous production technology, that means once started the manufacturing process doesn`t stop until the final product is obtained, that results in a longer accurate weighing of the aggregates in motion when are compared to the parallel flow plants.
The accuracy of this allows the correct dosage of the components in established proportions to determine the physical properties of the mixture and the quality of it. The CIBER backflow plant is automated, fully portable and the installation is simple, which can be moved to the places where we will carry out the works.
Is important to express that the plant has a rigorous control of emission of pollutants through the bag filter, which prevents the emission of smoke from the chimney, surpassing the rates of environmental control requirements.
